Nick has amassed over 30 years of hospitality experience in restaurants, hotels, and spas in a wide variety of stunning luxury properties around the world. Nurturing a long-running passion for wine, Nick launched Wicked Wine Tours in 2014, and Wicked Weed Tours in 2018.
After three decades in the industry, Nicholas wanted to share his passion for hospitality by helping others succeed. In 2020, he launched Wicked Consulting, personalized hospitality consulting specializing in branding and new openings including bars, restaurants, hotels, and spas.

Nick started working in fast-food restaurants at the tender age of 14, and progressed into full-service restaurants, working virtually every position imaginable in food and beverage. After graduating from SAIT, he embarked on a 20-year hotel career around North America and the Caribbean, primarily focused on the Rooms Division of four-diamond luxury hotels, gaining extensive experience in spa operations along the way.
During his professional career in hotel management, Nicholas concurrently held a full-time management position while also teaching hospitality at a local college not once, but twice. Nicholas had the opportunity to teach at Vancouver Community College and the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT).
Throughout his career, Nicholas has sought out opportunities to join professional committees, boards, and clubs, holding countless voluntary and board positions, with the aim of strengthening and fostering community within the hospitality industry.
